Estimated shipping times
Orders are usually shipped in 2-3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the country of delivery. Ex.:
Orders to Europe are usually delivered 3-6 business days after shipping date.
Orders to the rest of the world (ex.: United Sates, Australia, China or Japan) are usually delivered 5-10 business days after shipping date.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery and ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of returns:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you decide to return a piece:
1. Let me know within three days of receiving your package that you will be returning it.
2. Send it back in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
3. Your refund will be issued as soon as I receive the package (minus shipping costs).
Shipping costs (the actual costs of shipping stated in the stamp of your package) will not be refunded.
This also aplies to free shipping orders – if you ordered a piece and benefitted from free shipping, please bare in mind that if you return the piece, it will not be possible to refund the shipping costs I paid to send you your order.

Although materials are mostly stretchy, each individual item has its own sizing details; If you have any question, please contact me before ordering.
